Bodegas Lahoz cultivates three great estates, wisely selected among the best terroirs of the La Mancha´s plain: "La Nieva", "El Pantano" and "Vega Córcoles", collecting a total of 500 Ha of vineyards.
80% of the vineyards is planted with the red varieties Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, and the rest is planted with white varieties as Airén, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Moscatel de Grano Menudo.
Placed in a scrub land besides the Peñarroya´s Reservoir, it is the third plot of Bodegas Lahoz. An incomparable scenery with special soil characteristics in order to cultivate vines: Low level in organic and high quantity of calcium carbonate.
Placed within the boundary of Socuéllamos, 180 Ha. of Tempranillo are surrounding the impressive architecture of the winery Bodegas Lahoz.
The soil is very limestone, poor and shallow, representative of the typical La Mancha´s soil. Very suitable to cultivate low yield vines and very high quality wines.
Placed on the riverside of Córcoles River, it is the biggest estate of our vineyards with 250 Ha. More than 200 Ha. are plantes with 30 years old Tempranillo vines.
Thanks to the special character of the fertile soil, both predominant variety Tempranillo and the foreign varieties are perfectly adapted, expressing their huge potential.
